Product Return Exceptions

 

  • We may deduct $10 or 15% for shipping and restocking of your merchandise refund unless our products are defective or we have made a shipping error.
  • You can return most items as long as they are in resalable condition. To make a return, first obtain a Return Authorization by doing the following:
  1. First send an email to:  support@campgeardirect.com. We will then supply you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to mail your return.
  2. Simply note that number on the box and enclose a brief description of the product defect.
  3. Please note: all orders returned to us without prior authorization from us unfortunately cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender
  • If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement within 21 days of invoice date. Damaged or partial-loss claims must be made via email at: support@campgeardirect.com.
  • Products and packaging must be in the same condition as when we shipped them. You may be charged a 25% to 100% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition. There is a shipping and/or handling charge for non-defective items you return or for non-defective replacement items you order. Product shipping errors on our part will be replaced, credited to your charge card, or refunded.
